Connect Law conveyancing is done by Lawyers and not conveyancing clerks yet we charge a similar fee as other conveyancing firms. The conveyancing searches are all conducted by our own dedicated search specialists. We leave nothing uncovered for the safe keeping of our clients.

Each conveyance client is given a 35 page residential booklet explaining each and every aspect of their conveyance whether it be a sale or purchase. A checklist is held by both the client and Connect Law and is constantly updated with status of their conveyance.

Connect Law liaises on the client’s behalf with their financier to arrange settlement. The worry is taken from the client to their personal lawyer.|

Connect Law will also arrange for you both your Insurance Cover and finance if the client requests same. Every aspect is taken care for you and each service offers you a choice of options for your personal decision. Seamless, stress free for you the client.
